Michael Supnick is a versatile artist who has captured the hearts of jazz and swing enthusiasts in Italy, thanks to his exceptional skills as a trumpeter, trombonist, and jazz singer. Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts (USA), he became an Italian citizen in 1986 and chose to settle in our country, where he significantly contributed to the music scene, becoming one of the leading artists of New Orleans jazz in Italy.

His passion for music led him to collaborate with internationally renowned artists such as Renzo Arbore, Gigi Proietti, and Lino Patruno, and to take part in major film productions like The Legend of 1900 by Giuseppe Tornatore and Forever Blues by Franco Nero.

Since 2015, Michael Supnick has been a special guest at numerous events organized by Salento Swing People, bringing his trumpet to light up the squares and venues in Lecce and surrounding areas. His performances, accompanied by the Salento Swing People BAND, have provided the audience with unforgettable nights full of swing rhythms, lindy hop, balboa, and charleston.

At events like "All You Can Swing" at Live Area Eventi in Monteroni, Michael has enchanted attendees with his unique style, creating a vintage atmosphere that revived the era of swing.
